Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Content you upload. Photos, 360° panoramas and 360° videos you add to Moviroom, and the showcases, descriptions and measurements generated from them.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference; we never see or store your full card number.

Usage information. Basic technical data such as pages visited, showcase view counts, browser type and IP address, used to run and secure the service.

To create and host your showcases, sign you in, process subscriptions, provide support, keep the service secure and improve it. Uploaded media is analysed by an AI vision provider (OpenAI) solely to generate your showcase; it is not used by us to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.

Moviroom’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only your basic profile (name, email, picture) and use it only to create and identify your Moviroom account.

Showcases you share are public to anyone with the link. We share data only with service providers that run Moviroom on our behalf — Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting), OpenAI (image analysis) and Stripe (payments) — or when required by law.

We use one essential, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account and showcases while your account is active. You can delete showcases from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and its data, email developer@limausainvestments.com and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and sessions are stored as hashed tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Moviroom is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
